As a Demond Spencer Venture Company, CONCINNITY-DSV is the parent company and home of four venture brands. Each brand is designed to be its own creative force and entity on its own and by all the brands working together. It is through this concept that we find actual "concinnity".

As a rights advocate, we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our work. Each of our brands represents a different facet of our creative vision, allowing us to explore a wide range of styles and concepts. We want our artwork and music in your galleries, offices, lounges, clubs, spas, homes, cars, movies, video games and other commericial ventures. This may seem ambitious but with your help, anything is possible.

ARTWORK DMOND uses three (3) Third Party Partners to print selective artwork from both our public and private portfolios on various mediums (home, bedroom, bathroom, clothing, wall art, etc.) of products. DEMONDISM [MUSIC PRODUCTION AND ENGINEERING, REMIXING] Producing and arranging music since 2016, and a DJ prior to that, DEMONDISM has a large catalog of music to offer listeners and those who have become fans. DEMONDISM's music is about building to a climax and then releasing, much like a movie does. This signature style of music we have defined as, "Cinematic Dramatic Music" or "Executive Pop" according to some of his fans. His biggest influences growing up were "The Art of Noise" and "Yello". Additionally, Whitney Houston, Salt N Pepa, George Michaels, Michael Jackson, etc. After high school, he developed a strong interest in Techno and House music. He eventually started DJing a gay night club and preformed at various raves and parties before moving to Dallas, TX. It wasn't until he moved to San Diego, CA in 2008 that he began to take interest in actual music production and engineering. Using various software, by 2013 he began to create his own tracks and develop his own style. Preferring to be more original rather then cave in to imitating what is popular, mainstream or highly commercial. Eventually he wanted to be known for his cinematic/soundtrack like style with creative drum and rhythm sounds, strings and various ambient instruments swirling around. He longs to have his music in a movie soundtrack or even work on the overall score. He is currently working on increasing his fan base and online presence.

CONCINNITY-DSV ADVOCATE [Currently Under Development - Rights Advocate Program] The vision of this program is to become a non-profit which champions for the rights of the people, with an emphasis for the disabled and discriminated. In addition to direct advocacy, we are involved at educating and driving relevant social movements, Currently, we must be selective about who and/or what we choose to advocate for based upon three factors: (1) Enough facts and evidence to support any claim or decision and (2) the amount of time and resources available for the necessary attention required to make a difference and (3) whether or not funding will be required. If we become non-profit, we can can encourage more volunteering and fund-raising elements. We are not accepting requests at this time.
